Unity:

In the year 1975 on one particular weekend all train and flight tickets to Lahore from all other important cities in Pakistan were full. The reason was that the movie “Mugal Eazam” was telecasted in DD1 and people in Lahore were able to get DD from amritsar TV station. Hence people all over Pakistan went to their relatives and friends house in Lahore to see that movie.

BEAUTIFUL VIZAG:

My next interesting experience was at Visakhapatnam’s where I attended a symposium at GITAM College along with my friend Mohan Raj. Later Gupta joined us ( Its a big story why he joined us later) . There will be beach before that college and mountains behind the college. Two eyes were not enough to see the nature. The college was also too good. The boy’s hostel room was like a standard hotel room.Ya it was really superb. Only a few minutes of presentation I was in that college and the rest of the time fully roaming in beach and other places.

 

The beach had rocks near the shore which was not that much in Chennai beach. I took a boat ride which he charger me 30 rupees. When we went to the middle of the sea,He was asking Rs.5 as tea charge..( As we are in middle of sea we were forced to pay that 5 rupees extra. They were clever) but we dont find boating in chennai now. The boat experience was great.. Full of experience of thrill as it was rowing left to right in the sea and some water were splashing into the boat.

 

 Later at evening 6 we were still in beach( different beach) Lots of beaches are there in Vizag. Then we went to a temple where all the three religious god( Hindu ,Christain Muslim ) were at the same single temple. It was called Sagar Madha temple.My mind became peaceful there without my knowledge.

 

Time now would have been after 9 at night. We were waiting for the bus to return to the college. There students in college were allowed out at night too ( wat a college ) and many were found roaming in the beach. We couldn’t get a bus. There was some share auto service . so we both were travelling in that auto. A nice and beautiful girl sat before me. The share auto had opposite seats ( not like that in chennai). I couldn’t see her face clearly at night but when some vehicles crossed from opposite side its headlight’s light made her face sparkle at night. She too was the same college student.

After all it was a beautiful experience.
