Indian Railway System is not Robotic; it’s Humanic!!

Local Trains which are supposed to arrive at 10:40AM may arrive any time between 10:30AM to 10:50AM.
It motivates the people to be in time before 10mins and everyone is happy when the train arrives at 10:40AM time.

Track Crossing to reach the opposite platform is mostly preferred by people since its easy and also quick.
The Train driver usually have a watch when nearing station and blew the horn to alert the crossing people.

People also take their cycles alone with them in train. For Instance, people from Avadi take their cycle in Train Luggage Compartment and reach Perambur to drive their cycle to their work place. People who bought new Bike from Chennai also use Luggage Compartment to take home.

Cycle and Bike Stands are near to Railway and Bus stations and help people to park their vehicles. People leave their Vehicles during the morning and take Home evening after their working shift gets over. People also have their Monthly pass issued from the Cycle Stand Owners.

There are different class of travel which includes Air Conditioned Sleeper, Air Conditioned Setter, Second Class and Unreserved.The Unreserved Class usually have Full Utilization of Space. There is a long queue awaiting at 9:00PM for the 10:00PM Train.

The Train is bought slowly backwards to the platform from station shed around 9:30PM.
Its always thrill to get into the slowing moving train and to catch the seat. There are fights, quarrels and shouting when the whole mass enters into the Unreserved Compartment. Slowly the scene gets calm as the train leaves the station around 10:00PM. People sleep under the seat, above the luggage shelf and anywhere if a space is available.
It is so enjoyable to travel with thrill and excitement.
